Redmond Historic Landmarks Commission is Hosting the 2nd Annual
'This Place Matters' Photo Contest - Bungalow Edition

Deadline for Submission: May 8, 2017

In celebration of May's National Preservation Month, the City of Redmond's Historic Landmark Commission(HLC) is excited to announce the return of THIS PLACE MATTERS photo contest.  The HLC is seeking photo entries, specifically photos of you in front of your favorite historic BUNGALOW, (residential or commercial use) located within Redmond city limits.

BUNGALOWS are typically 1- 1 ½ stories, were built in Redmond between 1910-1040, and which include Craftsman, Mission, Tudor, Cape Cod and Modern(e) architectural styles.

All photos must include a sign with the words “THIS PLACE MATTERS," preferably being held by you. The signs can be homemade (make sure the words are visible in the photo and we encourage you to be creative!) or you can download our pre-made signs PDF.  Hard copies of the signs and entries are also available at Redmond City Hall 411 SW 9th St.,  Administration office.
