Sealed proposals will be received by City Recorder, City of Redmond, 716 SW Evergreen Avenue, Oregon, 97756-2242 until 2:00 P.M. on October 21, 2010, for a NON-EXCLUSIVE ON-AIRPORT HOTEL AT ROBERTS FIELD – REDMOND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held in the Eagle Crest Conference Room, Airport Terminal, 2522 SE Jesse Butler Circle, Redmond Oregon 97756, at precisely 2:00 P.M. local time on September 9, 2010.

Additional Daily Round-trip Begins November 4, 2010*
United Airlines is pleased to offer a third daily round-trip flight from Redmond, Oregon to San Francisco beginning November 4, 2010*. The flights, operated by SkyWest Airlines as United Express service, are in addition to the airline's daily round-trip United Express service from Redmond to Denver and Portland.

Roberts Field Airside Appraisal Report |
|
The FAA requires airports to periodically appraise property to review property valuations. Roberts Field's airside leases provide the opportunity to raise land costs based on these appraisals. The Redmond City Council, in the regularly scheduled May 12, 2009 meeting, accepted the Cushman & Wakefield of Portland appraisal for airside property at Roberts Field.
