| COCO - Central Oregon Cities Organization |
|
On May 28, 2002, the cities of Bend, Culver, Madras, and Redmond formally created the Central Oregon Cities Organization. COCO's purpose was to effectively and efficiently promote the common interests of the cities in Central Oregon such as issues of water, transportation, economic development, school funding and tax reform. Since its inception, COCO has grown to also include the cities of La Pine, Maupin, Metolius, Prineville, and Sisters.
