To request an inspection please call 541-504-2017 and leave a message to receive your inspection. You can receive an inspection the same day if you call before 7:00am the day of the inspection. Advance notice of inspection is always best.

Please be sure to include the following in your message:

• Sidewalk and/or Driveway Permit number.
• Name of person requesting inspection and contact telephone number.
• Address for the inspection. Make sure address is clearly visible and include Lot Number.
• Type of inspection (sidewalk, approach, curb, ADA, or final).
• Date inspection requested.
• AM or PM request for time of inspection (not guaranteed).

Please be aware of the following:

1. All forms shall be inspected prior to pour, please call for inspection.
2. All materials and construction shall conform to current City of Redmond Standards and Specifications.
3. A sketch of site plan to scale will be required from the owner or contractor, showing locations of work, prior to start of construction.
4. The curb shall be poured separate from the sidewalk and/or driveway approach. NO MONOLITHIC POURS ALLOWED.
