Q: What is the mileage from the site to the closest station?
A: The addresses of our stations are listed on the Stations page. Redmond Fire and Rescue is not responsible for determining mileage. A suggestion is to go to an independent mapping website and enter the site address and the closest station address to determine directions, which will in turn provide the mileage. There have been discrepencies found with these independent mapping programs. Redmond Fire and Rescue is not responsible for these independent companies.
Q: Are there fire hydrants in the area?
A: The locations of hydrants for Deschutes County are shown on this map page. Enter the address, intersection or tax map page to view the correct map page. The map page will show red diamonds where the hydrants are located.
Q: What type of apparatus are at each station?
A: The Downtown, Cline Falls, and Terrebonne station each have an Engine that holds 1,000 gallons and a Tender that holds 3,000 gallons.
