  • How do I reserve a park?
    Park reservations are managed through the Redmond Area Parks and Recreation District (RAPRD) office at 541-548-7275.

  • Do I need a permit for a party in the park?
    Yes, if your party will have more than 100 people.  For more information or to obtain a permit call 541-923-7765.

 

  • Does the City spray for mosquitoes?
    No.  The county can address various vector and pest control issues.  More information

 

  • Where is the public dog park?
    An off-leash dog area has been approved by City Council and is under development.  The future amenity will be located in the dry canyon just north of Antler Avenue and will encompass almost 3 acres.  Map

 

  • Is alcohol allowed at a private function in a city park?
    If you are 21 years or older, then yes, you can consume (not sell) alcohol in a city park.  However, if your group consists of more than 10 people, a Public Park Alcohol Consumption Permit is required.  Please call the Redmond Police Department at 541-504-3400 to obtain a permit.  City Code 5.165 to 5.185
