Located at 850 SW Rimrock Way, and Highland Avenue, this 11 acre multi-use park is part of the South Dry Canyon.  It is connected to Bowlby Park to the north by a pedestrian /bike tunnel under Highland Avenue.



This was to be the site of the new Ray Johnson Park, but the decision was made to honor our veterans thus the name American Legion.  There is a Veteran Memorial Plaza with etched red bricks to commemorate and honor the individual and family veterans.

Summertime means ‘Music in the Canyon' every other Wednesday.  Check our local papers for the list of musicians and bands that will be performing.
