Hints on finding what you're looking for:

By default the search uses the "any word" method for searching.  This method is good for a single uncommon word search.  For example looking for the word "zoning" will likely yield predictable results.  Searching for "zoning redmond" would lead to a large list of items most of which will likely be of no use for it finds everything with the word "Redmond" along with "zoning."

Using the "all words" or "exact phrase" search methods will dramatically narrow the results and are better for multi-word searches.  Don't be surprised if the search yield no results at all.  The best thing to do in this case is to be more general with the words being searched on.  The "exact phrase" search is best if the person performing the search is already familar with the desired content and wants to locate it quickly.

The wildcard character used for searching is the "%" symbol.  So searching for %division% would find division, divisions, subdivision, and subdivisions.
