NOTICE TO PROPOSERS - Non-Exclusive on-Airport Hotel at Roberts Field
Sealed proposals will be received by City Recorder, City of Redmond, 716 SW Evergreen Avenue, Oregon, 97756-2242 until 2:00 P.M. on October 21, 2010, for a NON-EXCLUSIVE ON-AIRPORT HOTEL AT ROBERTS FIELD – REDMOND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held in the Eagle Crest Conference Room, Airport Terminal, 2522 SE Jesse Butler Circle, Redmond Oregon 97756, at precisely 2:00 P.M. local time on September 9, 2010.
United Airlines Increases Redmond Service to San Francisco
Additional Daily Round-trip Begins November 4, 2010*
United Airlines is pleased to offer a third daily round-trip flight from Redmond, Oregon to San Francisco beginning November 4, 2010*. The flights, operated by SkyWest Airlines as United Express service, are in addition to the airline's daily round-trip United Express service from Redmond to Denver and Portland.

Redmond Municipal Airport is served by four air carriers; Allegiant Air, Delta Connection, Horizon Air, and United Express with daily direct flights to Denver, Los Angeles, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Seattle, and flights twice weekly to Las Vegas and Phoenix. Delta and United Express flights are operated by SkyWest Airlines.
The air carriers request that you be in the terminal 90 minutes prior to your departure time.
