What a pleasure it is to be able to serve the City of Redmond and its citizens. I am honored to be able to be used in this way at this time.
If you know me personally, and I hope to know more of you in the near future, you know that I desire to be real. I hope that this short bio will give you a glimpse of who I am.
I was born and raised in upstate New York, started my education and entered the business field all in the same area. I come from a loving Italian family that is warm and welcoming. We are an excitable bunch and loved to get together for family dinners.
In 1974, my Father and Mother decided to move west to Nevada due to my father’s ill health where I remained until 1982. Until 1997, the year I moved to Redmond, I lived in 3 states and had the opportunity to travel quite a bit. I feel that living in various locations and traveling has given me diverse views and opinions.
Over the years, I have been given many opportunities in the work force. I have worked in ministry, medicine, management in the banking field, taught school and was Dean of Students in a private school. Currently, I am fortunate to be employed by RPA Middle School and absolutely love my job.
I have one child who is now married and raising a family, but the best part is that they also call Redmond home. It is so special to have them here and to see them as often as I can.
I believe that my strength lies in forming relationships. I want to listen, hear concerns and try to respond to the voices of the people of Redmond. Please stop me, call me, email me and let’s work together to make this awesome place in which we live become even greater.
